Following the administration of the 2025 Idaho Youth Well-being Survey, C4Y Nampa has been working with the Nampa School District (NSD) to share school-specific results with middle and high school leaders across the district.
C4Y Nampa, in partnership with Southwest District Health, met with NSD leaders to review the survey findings and provide insight into the state of youth mental health and well-being across the district. Building on that discussion, middle and high school principals, vice principals, and counselors will meet to discuss actionable next steps to better support their students.
Some schools are also engaging students in the process. Later this month, C4Y Nampa will host a youth data walk at Columbia High School, with members of the Wildcat Way student leadership team. Through efforts like this, students can gain a better understanding of what is happening among their peers and provide C4Y Nampa, school leaders, and other community partners with insights and feedback to develop upstream prevention strategies that strengthen youth mental health and well-being.
