Local stakeholders including Healthy Impact Nampa, 2C Kids Succeed, and the Nampa School District, and SW District Health will form the backbone of the new Nampa initiative. These and other partners will have access to a variety of capacity building, technical assistance, and other supports that assist them in building off local strengths and addressing areas of need related to upstream prevention

A key piece of a community becoming a C4Y Regional Initiative is the designation of a “Community Lead”. Tara Woodward, a program planning and development specialist at Southwest District Health has been named as the Community Lead for the Nampa Initiative. In this role, Tara will help in planning and implementing solutions right sized for this community.
