Come Together for Nampa Youth: Join Our Community Action Team Meetings

The Communities for Youth Nampa Initiative, in collaboration with Southwest District Health, would like to invite all community members to attend two upcoming action meetings on April 3rd and 13th (see additional details below).

Building on our recent Nampa Community Data Walk, these sessions will take a closer look at local youth data to identify and discuss practical upstream strategies that strengthen family social support and community connectedness, helping improve the mental health and well-being of Nampa Youth.

We are looking forward to connecting with neighbors, parents, and community partners who care about Nampa's Youth. Whether you can attend one meeting or both, your participation is welcome and appreciated. Together, we'll work toward a shared, actionable goal that supports young people across our community.
