C4Y Participates in Podcast with Moscow Middle Schoolers

C4Y Executive Director, Megan Smith, and Initiative Coordinator, Kenzie Campbell, sit down to chat with Moscow Middle School Students

Community for Youth’s Executive Director, Megan Smith, and Initiative Coordinator, Kenzie Campbell, joined a group of Moscow Middle School students on their podcast “Heroes Without Headlines” to discuss youth mental health in Moscow. 

The podcast is completely produced, recorded, and edited by the middle school students with support from their advisor, Moscow Middle School librarian, Paige Mangini. The podcast centers around themes from their Common Read "The Small and the Mighty” by Sharon McMahon. In this episode, students asked why C4Y was created, what successes and difficulties we have faced since starting the work, what changes we hope to make in the community, and how we use survey data to drive the work we do.
